Steel Fabrication:
Capitol's large modern plant staffed by qualified and certified Team Members are capable of completing all kinds of fabrications from small footbridges to large, complex steel structures for customers throughout Canada. Our full service shop is available for fabrication of products for strengthening, repairs, replacement, and new construction. Capitol is CWB certified for steel, stainless steel and aluminum to Division 1.

Drafting & Engineering:
Capitol's Drafting and Engineering Department is staffed by a team of Professionals with expertise in all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection. Our team is experienced in structural steel and connection analysis and design, welding and fabrication engineering, lifting procedures, quality standards and erection engineering.

Field Installation:
Capitol employs highly qualified Site Superintendents to man our field crews in the installation of our structural steel.

They are involved in all aspects of the project from working with the Drafting Department on block sizes and tie off safety system connections to the overall coordination of the project on site.

They are aware of sequence in fabrication and in charge of load sizes to site, cranage and cost control.

The Site Superintendent and his crew take charge of productivity of on-site erection, have a high regard for safety in the workplace, and for turning a quality project over to our customer on time.
